PHONEWAY Returns Policy
IN STORE:
(1) Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns
(2) 48 Hour Policy - Unwanted items may be EXCHANGED if retrurned within 48 HOURS of purchase with a valid reciept, provided that the item is in the same condition as was sold.

Reserves the right to inspect any item, all warranty items will be subject to a full test
Any faulty items will be either repaired, replaced or refunded to a credit note at the current sale price.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Warranties will not be honoured if items are returned physically damaged, water damaged, unlocked or subjected to unauthorised repair.

ONLINE:
(1) In store purchases only dealt in store.
(2) Any item purchased online may be returned within 14 days.
(3) Items returned after 14 day period can only be returned if product is manufacturer faulty.
